How To Build a Team that reaches your goal
- Think of ten people that will be excited to participate in B4 Winter. You are looking for people who will spread the word to their friends on social media or through email. Our goal is to have 1,000 people join us in Crowdfunding to raise $100,000. You want to recruit people that will share, text, email and get the word out. The goal being through smaller gifts multiplied through the power multiplication we will meet our goal.
- Create a goal for your team. We are suggesting teams chose one of two goals: $1,500 or $3,000. If your team chooses $1,500. they will provide heat for a family in an average size home in Ukraine. If your team chooses $3,000, they will provide heat for a large children's home in Moldova with up to twelve orphans many are refugees from the war.
- Follow the instructions on the Team Leader email to set up your team. These steps are really easy. Your team will have a nice looking page built for all who chose to give to land on including a video describing the need. You will see the image above to add the video. Click the red link and then chose Vimeo link. Use this link: https://vimeo.com/758578445. When you save it the video at the top of this page will populate your team page.
- Invite your ten team members, this is easily done through the Team Page you set up. You invite them from your team page. They will receive an email to set up their own page to invite their friends. Once you invite them from you team page it is a good plan to text or call to make sure they had no issues setting up there page.
- You and your team members can participate through Social Media or Email. If you are not a social media person but want to participate, email your friends encouraging them to join in and ask them to invite others.

Many in these homes are refugees that have fled the war to find shelter and safety. You are one of ten team members we are asking to attempt to raise $300. to meet our goal. If you get ten people to join you in meeting your goal it will be an average $30. per person. For the price of an out to eat meal we can impact the lives of precious children and families needing wood and coal to stay warm.
