Our Story: A Life of Ministry, A Global Mission
Since 1990, Jeff and Monica Copeland have devoted their lives to serving the local church and advancing the Gospel. Together with their daughters, Anna Marie and Alexis, they spent over two decades leading and loving their community through First Baptist Church of Robertsdale, where Jeff served as Senior Pastor for 23 years.
In 2022, following a heartfelt call from God and decades of growing involvement in international missions, Jeff transitioned from local church leadership to launch Kingdom Bridges Ministries—a global effort to connect churches, support pastors, and serve the vulnerable in some of the most challenging places on earth.
A Vision Born from the Field
For more than 20 years, Jeff’s mission work across Moldova, Spain, Austria, and Ukraine revealed both the beauty and burden of the global Church. As the needs intensified, especially in Ukraine and Moldova, Jeff sensed the Lord calling him and Monica into full-time missions—bridging churches in the U.S. with leaders and ministries across Eastern Europe.
Launched in April 2022, Kingdom Bridges exists to see God’s Kingdom come and His will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10). Since then, Jeff has spent over 100 days in the field, uniting more than 50 ministries to impact thousands of lives annually.
Hope in Ukraine
Through Serve Ukraine, Kingdom Bridges provides critical support to over 30 churches and pastors on the frontlines of war. This includes:
- Monthly financial aid
- Generators, food, coats, medicine, and Bibles
- Emotional and spiritual care
These churches have become sanctuaries of hope, where thousands gather each month to hear the Gospel, find healing, and witness beauty rising from the ashes of conflict.
Restoring Futures in Moldova
In Moldova, Kingdom Bridges leads the PATH Network, an innovative collaboration of 10 ministry partners focused on rescuing and restoring at-risk orphaned teens. These youth face high risks of trafficking, addiction, incarceration, or suicide.
Through residential homes, life skills training, counseling, discipleship, and job readiness, PATH is guiding vulnerable teens toward:
- Resilience
- Independence
- Abundant living in Christ
The upcoming Summit Center, launching Fall 2024, will serve as a hub for vocational training and discipleship—preparing young people for life beyond care.

As Moldovan evangelical leader Ion Miron shares in the video below, the impact is real, measurable, and growing.
Igniting the Church at Home
Even while overseas missions flourish, Jeff remains deeply committed to equipping the American church. Through Kingdom Now Sundays and Kingdom Now weekends, he brings a catalytic message of revival and purpose—challenging congregations to live out the Gospel with power and urgency.
With decades of pastoral experience, Jeff knows the heartbeat of the local church. His messages stir hearts and mobilize believers to impact both their neighborhoods and the nations.
