I want to thank each of you for Serving on our Board, pray we have a successful Partners Banquet
This week is significant for Kingdom Bridges as our upcoming Banquet approaches. This page aims to guide your prayers, preparations, and service to ensure the event glorifies Jesus and celebrates the powerful work our ministry is accomplishing in Ukraine and Moldova. This Saturday, we look forward to sharing these successes with the 225 expected attendees and discussing our financial strategy. Although our bank balance appears strong, most funds are designated, and we currently operate with a $6,500 monthly deficit on a $16,500 budget. (Our deficit has been met through one time gifts we began with and gift coming in randomly yet we still operate in a deficit in operations: see operations budget below) Our immediate goal for the Banquet and the following digital campaign is to raise $6,500 in new monthly commitments and $50,000 in one-time donations to maintain and expand our impactful work. This gathering is also a prime opportunity to personally convey the mission and vision of Kingdom Bridges. Operations Budget:
Salaries and Taxes: $157,600.
This is salaries for Director and Serve Ukraine Director, it also includes payroll taxes.
International Travel: $18,500.
Three trips to the mission field by our Executive Director. One trip with his wife. Trip One: December 26 - February 7th Director only the purpose of training, encouraging and planning with partners on the field. Trip Two: April Director goes taking partners to the field exposing them to our ministry, usually doing conferences, training, and meeting seeking to develop strategic partnerships. Trip Three: July - August Director and Wife go to the field to lead teams and support work of our partner churches. This involves medical clinics, camps, block parties, outreach, evangelism, KOZ events, and Bible Schools.
Four plane tickets $8,000.
160 days on the field ($50 per day) $8,000.
In Country Transportation $2,500
Subscription and Services: $6,500.
Website, Editing, Design, Donor Management, Finance, Payroll services that come in form of subscription services each month.
Local Ministry Expenses: $6,000.
Travel, lodging, meals, events related to speaking at churches, meeting with Pastors, hosting events to develop parters and donors
Marketing $4,400.
Social media ads, print ads, flyers, set up at conferences etc to market Kingdom Bridges and donor recognition
Printing Office Supplie $5,000.
Christmas Card, end of your statements, office supplies and equipment needed
